Increasing Cancer Screening Capacity: Recent Immigrant Women

 Echo: Improving Women's Health in Ontario, along with CCBR and the Brampton Multicultural Community Centre would like to invite you to an event to advance the provincial conversation regarding increasing access to pap screening and mammography for recently immigrated women in Ontario. This event is free of charge and all travel expenses will be covered (travel, accommodations, meals).

The Objectives are:

        1. To increase awareness of issues and best practices regarding cancer screening for recently immigrated women in Ontario

        2.To exchange information on ways to increase access to cancer screening for recently immigrated women in Ontario

        3. To work together to develop ideas, strategies and plans to move forward in expanding access to cancer screening for recently immigrated women in Ontario
