Evaluation of the Job Search Workshops (JSW) Pilot Curriculum

Oct 31, 2011

The new JSW curriculum is piloted at ten Ontario agencies that serve special client groups (youth aged 16-24 and Francophone clients) and those who deliver the program through different models (evenings and weekends). The purpose of the evaluation is two-fold: to use a process evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the new immigrant Job Search Workshop (JSW) curriculum and to use an outcome evaluation to assess the impact of the new JSW curriculum. CCBR staff members Yasir Dildar, Rich Janzen, Jonathan Lomotey, and Liliana Araujo are working on this project.
