Echo Event: Quality Cancer Screening Innovations Conference

Echo: Improving Women's Health in Ontario and the Centre for Community Based Research are pleased to invite you an exciting event showcasing community initiatives to advance women's health in Ontario. To stimulate social innovations in cancer screening for women, we use a social capital approach that mobilizes promising practices for elected groups of under-screened women into action.

"Quality Cancer Screening Innovations: Implementing Community Oriented Approaches for Under-screened Women in Ontario" conference in Toronto on March 8, 2012 will offer customized information of our cancer screening initiatives to suit policy makers' and healthcare service providers' needs. This conference will increase the capacity of participants to adapt cancer screening approaches for under-screened women in their communities around Ontario. The information provided will support policy makers in planning future initiatives responsive to women's health in Ontario.
