Conversations on Community Based Research - Recap

Feb 18, 2012

Budd Hall is known for many things: Professor of Community Development in the School of Public Administration at University of Victoria; founding Director of the Office of Community-Based Research; former Dean of the Faculty of Education at University of Victoria; and Secretary of Global Alliance on Community Engaged Research. More recently, he was CCBR's first guest speaker as a part of Conversations on Community Based Research.

On January 18th CCBR welcomed over 50 local academics, community members, service providers and CCBR staff for an afternoon of discussion on knowledge democracy as facilitated by Budd Hall. Many thanks to those who attended and participated, and very special thanks to Budd Hall, for making the first Conversation on CBR such a success.
