Work with Shibogama Health Authority Continues
Dec 01, 2013
Our work with Shibogama Health Authority is continuing – this time with a needs assessment for a Family Healing Centre located within the Shibogama communities here for more information.Earlier this year, CCBR carried out an evaluation of the Shibogama Health Innovation Project (SHIP). CCBR has worked on other projects relating to First Nations populations. UW D.I.R.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. is a post-secondary information and career readiness conference for Aboriginal Youth across Ontario. It sponsored by St. Paul's College (University of Waterloo). Since 2011, CCBR has worked with UW D.I.R.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. to strengthen conference tracking, the engagement of Aboriginal youth who participate in the conference, and to evaluate its effectiveness.
