Project with The Centre for Family Medicine
Nov 15, 2013
CCBR is extending its’ scope in public health and medical research with a this project, providing coordination and leadership in the following areas: identifying research concepts, developing research questions, producing research proposals with appropriate designs and tools, obtaining ethical approval for research activities, planning and implementing data collection protocols, and maintaining inter-organizational communication.
This project builds on previous work that CCBR has done in public health. The Shibogama Health Innovation Project evaluated a community-driven model of care in Kingfisher Lake, Ontario. Another project was the Sanguen Hepaptis C Evaluation Project. In that project, CCBR developed an evaluation framework and conducted an outcome evaluation of that program.
