The Centre for Community Based Research partnered with the McMaster Collaborative for Health and Aging to host: “Equity-Centred Approaches to Engagement: An Interactive Capacity-Building Event”at McMaster University in Hamilton, ON.
Senior Researcher, Sarah Switzer worked with the McMaster Collaborative for Health and Aging including older adult partners, researchers, and trainees to design an interactive, experiential event that encouraged event attendees to re-think engagement models from an equity-perspective. CCBR Centre Researchers Rashmi Narkhede and Student Researcher, Hayley Clin supported from behind the scenes. CCBR would like to thank all those involved with the Collaborative for the warm welcome, and collaborative co-design.
